All vehicles are sold "as-is, where is" with no guarantees or warranties expressed or implied.
Any winning bids will require an immediate deposit of $200.00. Winning bids over $2000.00 will require a deposit of $500.00.
Vehicles must be paid and removed by 3 pm the day following the auction.
Buyer will forfeit his/her deposit 2 business days after the auction. A late/storage fee of $25/day will apply. Kardona auto auction will not recognize any claim for theft or damage. After the sale, vehicles that remain on our lot are at the buyer's risk.
All vehicles 10 years and older are sold as TMU (True Mileage Unknown).
Buyer is responsible for all DMV and Emission Fees. All emission related repairs are the responsibility of the buyer.
